5 Years of Nonprofit Fundraising and Recruiting

We all want to make the world a better place.

For most of my life, I have worked in nonprofit fundraising, leading fundraising teams for nonprofits whose missions were close to my heart.

For the past five years, I have had the honor of working with dozens of nonprofits to support them in building relationships with donors, fundraising, and recruiting new talent to implement all we have worked on to grow their fundraising and relationships.

I work specifically with nonprofits whose missions serve immigrants, refugees, unhoused youth, survivors of domestic violence or sexual assault, or animal rights.

Altrui Consulting was born.

Since then I have been able to assist nonprofits with:

Creating fundraising plans.

Executive searches for their next CEO or head of fundraising.

Creating a monthly donor campaign.

Leading their fundraising efforts on an interim basis while they search for their next person.

Planning specific fundraising campaigns like a year-end campaign.

Writing donor appeals for email or direct mail.

Creating donor relationship-building plans.

Taking on the role as the interim head of fundraising.

Every nonprofit has different needs at different times, and I have been thrilled, and grateful, to work with them when they have the need.

The missions I work with live in my heart and soul, and that seems to support the success I bring to a client.
