Supporting White Springs Cafe as They Re-Open

Our favorite local food spot was damaged during the recent tropical storm. We want their re-opening day to be as big as possible for them after losing so much.

Part of what we love about living where we live is the huge diversity in people and food. Our favorite food spot is White Springs Cafe in Arcadia, CA.

By the way, I have never posted two “Dan’s Tips” in one week. This is a special case.

We love White Springs Cafe not only because they serve delicious, fresh, plant-based Thai food.

But we LOVE them mainly because of Mama and her team, Tina, Karen, and Tami. They are the definition of kindness and hospitality. You feel like you are being welcomed home at their restaurant.

So when the recent tropical storm that hit the LA area last week damaged their restaurant, forcing them to close for over a week, I wanted to do whatever I could to support them.

They re-open Thursday, August 31st. Their hours are 11am – 3pm and 5pm – 8pm.

I’m doing all I can to get as many people there on their re-opening day as possible.
