Happy New Year, and Thank you!

I want to share my gratitude with you as we begin a new year.

Happy New Year to you!

I’m enjoying a cup of coffee, surrounded by my dogs, and watching the new day and new year begin with a gorgeous morning here in southern California.

My heart is filled with gratitude. 2024 was filled with challenges for me and Altrui, challenges that helped me grow as a business person and consultant. It was also filled with incredible work with nonprofits in the mission areas of unhoused youth, refugees, immigrants, survivors of domestic violence, and animal rights. All of these missions live in my heart and soul.

Along with our work in fundraising and donor relationship building, we did more recruiting than ever, something that has become part of Altrui.

We completed our first CEO search, which was thrilling on many levels.

To all of you who have supported our work, who have recommended us, and who consistently read and share posts from this “Dan’s Tips” blog, thank you.

Altrui is a dream come true. I am grateful for everyone who supports us at every level.

2025 is starting with more fundraising work, monthly donor campaigns, building guides to support fundraising and relationship building, and a new search for a head of fundraising that will begin later in the month.
