I’m Presenting at an Online Conference!
The How Do I Conference is January 20th and 21st and is for those in nonprofit fundraising working for smaller organizations.
I have been in nonprofit fundraising since 2008. It’s a world I feel like I was born to be in. It’s my life and passion.
These days, I get to work with donors who support an organization that serves survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and trafficking, while leading nonprofit fundraising and consulting efforts at Altrui Consulting.
Last year, one of those I highly respect in my fundraising community (and a personal friend), Ephraim Gopin, asked me if I would be a part of this online How Do I Conference. I was ecstatic, not just because he was asking me, but also because I was going to be able to speak about meeting with donors!
I have been lucky to speak at several conferences, but those are usually human rights and animal rights-focused. This one is all nonprofit fundraising, with some of the best in the arena joining me. I am so excited to be talking about meeting with donors!
In the description of the conference, the presenters are described as “fundraising experts”! I’ve never considered myself an expert, but my love for making the world a better place, coupled with years of fundraising experience, has allowed me to continually grow in fundraising while having the time of my life.
If you are in this amazing world of nonprofit fundraising, work for a small fundraising shop, and are curious about this conference, here’s a link!
