Taking Some Time for Self-Care

The timing worked out for a nice road trip back to Denver.

I am writing this from one of my favorite coffee houses in the Denver area, Bardo in Wheat Ridge.

I decided kind of last-minute to take a trip back to Denver. I have just finished a big event and wanted some time with those I love and those in my inner circle, many of whom live in Denver.

We have to take care of ourselves. This is me doing just that.

I’m ecstatic.
